Flight Centre Business Travel (FCBT) is seeking a Travel Manager to lead a SME portfolio in Brisbane, leveraging Sabre GDS and a relationship-driven approach. You will nurture client partnerships, manage end-to-end travel programs, and drive profitability with exceptional service.

The role offers a Monday–Friday pattern with two days from home and strong earning potential. You will be supported by Australia’s iconic Flight Centre Travel Group, enjoying comprehensive development, staff discounts

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Manager.
• High level of GDS proficiency, preferably Sabre.
• Natural relationship-builder with strong communication and listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Sharp business acumen with a drive for sales and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SME travel clients as their trusted travel expert.
• Build multi-level relationships with key stakeholders within your client base.
• Oversee end-to-end travel programs including air, hotel, car hire and ground transport via Sabre GDS.
• Drive retention, growth and profitability through exceptional service and proactive account management.
• Handle complex fares, itineraries and ticket exchanges with accuracy.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing and growing a dedicated portfolio of SME clients, acting as their trusted travel expert and primary point of contact

• Driving retention, growth and profitability across your portfolio through exceptional service and proactive account management

• Collaborating with your team to deliver a consistently outstanding experience for every client

What You'll Bring:
