Job summary

Travel Trade Recruitment in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a Travel Consultant to design personalised leisure itineraries across domestic and international destinations. About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Travel Consultant who lives and breathes travel. If you love planning unforgettable journeys, know how to match people with perfect destinations, and enjoy turning "I want to go somewhere amazing" into "that was the best trip of my life," this role is for you.

You'll be designing personalised travel experiences across domestic and international destinations, working with flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, and curated itineraries.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing tailored travel itineraries for leisure clients
• Advising on destinations, travel routes, visas, and insurance options
• Booking flights, hotels, cruises, and experiences
• Building strong relationships with repeat and new clients
• Handling changes, disruptions, and travel support with calm professionalism
• Staying up to date with global travel trends, deals, and destination insights

What We're Looking For

• Experience in travel consulting
• Use a GDS preferable, but not essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence using booking systems (or willingness to learn quickly)
