Job summary

HealthX is seeking a Travel Aged Care Registered Nurse to support residential aged care facilities across the Northern Territory. You will provide person-centred care, work within multidisciplinary teams, and help residents with clinical, emotional, and wellbeing needs while meeting aged care standards.

This role offers competitive pay up to $70/hour plus superannuation, travel and accommodation provided, and short-term contracts with extension opportunities across regional communities.

Qualifications

• Current nursing registration and eligibility to practice in Australia.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to aged care residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and manage clinical treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in resident conditions with accurate documentation.
