HealthX is seeking a Travel Aged Care Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across residential aged care facilities in the Northern Territory. You will join a multidisciplinary team supporting residents' clinical, emotional and wellbeing needs.

This role offers fully supported travel, accommodation and allowances, competitive pay up to $70 per hour plus penalties, and flexible short-term contracts with extensions across regional and remote communities.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration (Division 1) is required.
• Minimum 2 years' recent aged care nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Australian working rights (no sponsorship available).
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to aged care residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and manage clinical treatments.
• Monitor and respond to changes in resident conditions.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Ensure care aligns with organisational policies and aged care standards.
