• Ability to proactively engage with patients to enhance service delivery and to guide others in providing service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality nursing care to patients/clients in the St George Hospital and Health service.
• Contribute to safety, quality and patient-centered care in trauma and neurosurgery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support complex patient needs.
