Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage with patients/clients to enhance service delivery.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality nursing care to patients in the Neurology and Stroke Unit.
• Coordinate patient care in line with SESLHD policies and standards.
• Support patients and families with information and care planning.
