Job summary

Group in Western Australia is seeking a casual Therapeutic Youth Worker to support children and young people in out-of-home care. You will deliver trauma-informed care, help build resilience, encourage independence, and empower youth to reach their full potential in a safe, supportive environment.

You’ll work with the Great Southern WA team, follow individual care plans, collaborate with carers, and participate in screening processes.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check cleared.
• First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Relevant qualifications or experience in youth work.
