Qualifications

• Experience with supporting children aged 5–15.
• Experience in positive behaviour support and management.
• Ability to work within WCC's Christian Ethos and Values.

Responsibilities

• Working one on one with students or assisting in group work.
• Utilising effective behavioural management techniques to promote an optimal learning environment.
• Taking initiative while working well within a team and ensuring Personalised Learning and Support Plans are supported.
• Working collaboratively with classroom teachers, school leadership and clinical support providers.
