Job summary
Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) invites applications for a Senior Social Worker in the Adult Survivors Program. You will provide advanced clinical leadership and expert care to adult survivors of complex trauma, including those with mental health and drug/alcohol needs.
The role focuses on stabilisation, safety, and culturally safe service delivery across the health system. We seek experienced professionals with a social work degree and AASW membership, strong advocacy, and ability
Qualifications
- Degree in Social Work with AASW membership.
- Extensive trauma-focused clinical experience with adult survivors of abuse.
- Excellent negotiation, decision-making and advocacy skills.
- High-level clinical advice and education delivery.
- Team-based collaboration with minimal direction.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical leadership and expert care.
- Facilitate learning and professional development across disciplines.
- Lead local clinical networks to improve culturally safe service delivery.
- Establish and maintain networks with relevant clinical streams and services.
