Qualifications
Experience in case work or counselling roles with those affected by Domestic and Family Violence.
Extensive experience working in a trauma-informed, client-centred way.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Provide support and clinical case work to clients within a trauma-informed care framework.
Deliver high-quality case management services while collaborating with local services.
Maintain records and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
Skills
Qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, or Counselling
Experience working with women, children, and young people
Excellent communication skills
Advanced skills in risk assessment
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Education
Diploma in relevant field
