Job summary

GHD is seeking an experienced Utility Services Lead to join the Transport team for NSW & ACT, delivering utilities for roads and other transport infrastructure projects across NSW and ACT.

You will unite design management, project delivery and client relationship management to drive outcomes for clients and communities, mentoring teams and advancing capabilities. This role offers a dynamic pipeline and exposure to groundbreaking projects across a connected, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in a Utilities delivery role or similar, with delivery experience on roads and transport utility projects.
• Strong understanding of the transport project lifecycle and commercial/PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead utilities delivery (power, water, stormwater, gas, telecommunications) for roads and transport projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor and client interface, building enduring relationships.
• Provide technical leadership across project teams and transport design activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions and support planning and commercial performance.
• Mentor and grow the capability of team members.
