Martin Brower is seeking a Transport Supervisor to lead our distribution centre’s transport operations. You will develop and motivate the transport team, ensuring staffing aligns with routes and safety is prioritized, while maintaining high customer service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in a logistics or transport environment.
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Knowledge of safety and Fatigue Management basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe transport operations and daily site inspections.
• Monitor on-time deliveries and report KPIs regularly.
• Coach transport teams to align with CARES values.
• Manage labour hours against routes, budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure fleet and routes comply with regulations.
