CRL Express Pty is seeking a PM Supervisor to oversee interstate linehaul loading operations from Melbourne. You will manage daily loading/unloading, ensure accuracy of consignments, and drive safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct efficient loading/unloading of interstate linehaul.
• Verify and document consignments, weights and destination labels.
• Supervise local PUD fleet loading/unloading operations.
• Complete linehaul load forms, photo loads, and damage reports.
• Ensure service standards and safety compliance are maintained.
• Sign off Runsheets with accurate hours and pallet exchanges.
• Lead by example on safety and company standards.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• A High Safety Focus
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Linehaul Loading Operations
• Successfully demonstrate understanding of Mass Management
• Successfully demonstrate understanding of Load Restraint Guidelines
• Enthusiastic and energetic team player
• Comply with all OHS regulations and Chain of Responsibility requirements
• Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instruction
• Capability to supervise a small team

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Conduct efficient and effective loading/unloading of interstate linehaul
• Verify, document, and check the accuracy of consignments, weights, and destination labels (State/Onforwarding, etc)
• Conduct efficient and effective loading/unloading of local PUD fleet
• Complete required forms; linehaul load, photograph interstate loads, and document damages via the damage report form
• Ensure organisational service standards are maintained
• Sign off driver Runsheet's (ensuring that correct information is listed, Pod's returned signed and dated, hours listed are accurate and pallets have been exchanged)
• Lead by example on all safety and compliance standards
• Supervise staff to ensure they complete all duties to company standard
