Linfox Pty Ltd is seeking a PM Transport Supervisor in Melbourne to lead an afternoon operation, coordinating drivers, subcontractors and schedules to deliver service excellence. Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in transport, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and people management skills.
• Knowledge of transport regulations including CoR and fatigue management.
• Intermediate Excel experience; exposure to despatch or workforce scheduling systems.
• Understanding of Melbourne’s transport network to optimise delivery and performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers, subcontractors and delivery schedules to meet service commitments and customer expectations.
• Maintain operational continuity through effective shift handovers and transport planning.
• Champion transport compliance including CoR, fatigue management and Mass Management standards.
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships and manage service challenges and escalations.
• Support operational reporting, driver engagement and occasional weekend coverage as needed.

As our PM Transport Supervisor, you will lead a high-performing afternoon operation, supporting drivers, driving delivery performance and ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance. Working Monday to Friday 1:00pm to 9:00pm, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact, lead a dedicated team and build your career within a fast-paced and essential transport operation. Transport experience isn’t essential, strong leadership, problem-solving and people management skills are what matter most. Key areas:

• Coordinate drivers, subcontractors and delivery schedules to achieve service commitments and customer expectations
• Maintain operational continuity through effective shift handovers, communication and transport planning.
• Champion transport compliance, including CoR, fatigue management, Mass Management standards
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships, proactively managing service challenges and delivery escalations.
• Support operational reporting, driver engagement and occasional weekend coverage, with the flexibility to meet business requirements.
