Responsibilities

Monitor fleet availability, vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.
Develop and implement strategies to improve transport services and business performance.
Monitor operating costs, fuel expenses, and other transport-related costs.
Maintain records of vehicles, trips, staff, expenses, and activities.
Prepare and manage budgets to control costs and meet targets.
Recruit, train, supervise, and manage drivers and transport staff.
Ensure compliance with safety, road, and workplace regulations.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
Monitor customer service and resolve transport-related issues or complaints.
Prepare operational reports and review performance to improve efficiency.
