Job summary

JB Hi-Fi Group is seeking a Transport Execution Coordinator to manage bulky deliveries to customers and stores with end-to-end visibility of last-mile activities. You will monitor movement of bulky items, coordinate with stores, customer service and carriers, and respond to inquiries with prompt, courteous service.

Key duties include implementing SOPs, supporting carrier management, notifying customers of delays, and maintaining strong relationships with the Customer Service team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics experience desirable.
• General knowledge of software to include Microsoft Office Suite, warehouse software (i.e. Oracle, SAP, AS400) and other logistics related software.
• Must be available to work Tuesday to Saturday Roster, 7am to 3pm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating bulky deliveries to customers and stores with end-to-end visibility of last-mile activities.
• Supporting carrier management through KPI reporting and reporting (end of day / weekly/ monthly).
• Coordinating with stores, customer service and carrier to provide timely resolutions to customer service related matters.
• Following up on orders and promptly notify customers of any delay or issue related to their order.
• Liaising with warehouse team to rectify inventory/shipment errors.
• Maintaining strong relationships with the Customer Service team by responding to all customer requests courteously.

Job Description

As the Transport Execution Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all bulky deliveries to both customers and stores, with end-to-end visibility of all last-mile activities. Additionally, this role will have ownership of monitoring the movement of all bulky items, logistics and customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, supporting delivery personnel, handling complaints, all in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Participatingin the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring a clean and safe operating environment.
• Supporting carrier management through upskilling, KPI compliance and preparing reporting (end of day / weekly/ monthly).
• Coordinatingwith stores, customer service team and carrier to provide timely resolutions to customer services related matters.
• Following up on orders and promptly notify customers of any delay or issue related to their order.
• Liaisingwith warehouse team to rectify inventory/shipment errors
• Maintaining strong relationships with the Customer Service team by responding to all customer requests in a courteous and efficient manner.

Please note this role is for our Tuesday to Saturday Roster, working hours 7am to 3pm.
