Job summary

The Queensland Government, through Queensland Health Wide Bay, is seeking a Casual Transport Driver to operate heavy vehicles and support delivery points across multiple routes. You will display safe driving practices, provide courteous customer service, and adapt to varying locations and operational needs.

It requires physical fitness for loading/unloading trolleys, strong communication, and the ability to respond to emergencies or business continuity scenarios within a supportive team

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to safety and operate heavy vehicles in accordance with HVNL and road rules.
• Physically fit to perform loading/unloading of trolleys.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Ability and flexibility to work across multiple routes, locations and emergencies.
