Qualifications

• Proven experience in transport coordination, including scheduling and rostering.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer and employee relationships.
• Computer skills.
• Understanding of NHVL, NHVAS & WAHVA.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and allocate jobs to drivers.
• Manage driver compliance with fatigue, safety, and chain-of-responsibility requirements.
• Support drivers with problem-solving and troubleshooting throughout the day.
• Communicate with customers regarding requirements and bookings.
• Scheduling and invoicing.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our yard.
• Loading and unloading trailers.
• Verify vehicle availability, maintenance status and defect management before dispatch.

Flowers Freightline Pty Ltd is a road freight transport company and are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Time Transport Allocator/Yard Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong background in interstate transport with a can‑do attitude.

Salary $100,000 - $120,000 + Super

Company Ute and mobile phone provided

Yard located in Tahmoor NSW

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and allocate jobs to drivers
• Manage driver compliance with fatigue, safety, and chain‑of‑responsibility requirements
• Support drivers with problem-solving and troubleshooting throughout the day
• Communicate with customers regarding requirements and bookings

About You

You will Ideally have:

• Proven experience in transport coordination, including scheduling and rostering
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• A positive attitude and commitment to developing positive customer and employee relationships
• Computer Skills
• Understanding of NHVL, NHVAS & WAHVA

Completed training or willing to obtain:

• TLIF0006Administer a fatigue risk management system
• WA WorkSafe Administrator Training

Must have requirements

• Car Licence
• Forklift Licence and be a skilled operator
• Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Strong Transport Industry Experience
