Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a small team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
• Provide clear direction, manage performance and build the capability of team members.
• Lead the team through organisational and structural change, providing stability, clarity and support.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality and customer outcomes, and lead projects.
• Ensure administrative services are delivered consistently, professionally and in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
• Provide sound analysis, advice and information to leadership.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate with influence.
• Promote a positive workplace culture where people feel supported and empowered to contribute.
