You will manage projects from planning through to closure, ensuring outcomes are embedded into operations and aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in managing and delivering technology projects.
• Experience in systems and process transformation.

• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
• Police Check for Aged Care (less than 12 months old at commencement).

• Manage all aspects of the project delivery lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.
• Ensure systems and processes align with quality and risk standards.
• Drive continuous improvement opportunities across projects and operations.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, following ACH Group's Project Management Framework.
• Support business process improvements to embed project outcomes and realize benefits.
• Partner with the business to build a pipeline of change and service improvement projects.
