The University of Sydney is seeking a Transformation Program Lead – Workforce Management to steer the WFM Target State Design and Implementation Roadmap. This role drives an HR-led, multi-year transformation across workforce planning, scheduling, system integration and compliance.
Lead governance, vendor selection and procurement for enterprise platforms within a federated university environment. Holds overall program leadership responsibilities across budgeting and change management.
The Transformation Program Lead– Workforce Management (WFM) will lead the day-to-day delivery of the Workforce Management (WFM) Target State Design and Implementation Roadmap, a critical, multi-year, HR-led transformation program to strengthen workforce planning, academic workload allocation, scheduling, time and attendance, system integration, and compliance assurance across the University’s diverse employee cohorts, enabled through integrated WFM technology and data.
