We're looking for a passionate and engaging Training Facilitator to help our workforce build skills, confidence, and meaningful career pathways.
In this hands-on role, you'll deliver and assess training across aged care and disability services, support Helpers through personalised training and mentoring, and contribute to the development of learning resources and programs. Unlike traditional classroom-based training roles, this position is focused primarily on one-on-one learning experiences, working directly with Helpers to develop their skills, confidence, and capability in real-world settings.
You’ll facilitate learning in a variety of environments, including online, face-to-face, and within Members' homes, providing tailored support, practical skills development, and individualised assessments. This role is ideal for someone who is energised by building strong relationships, adapting their approach to individual learners, and seeing the direct impact of their training and development efforts.

You're passionate about helping others grow and thrive.
You have solid experience in aged care, disability, or community services and enjoy sharing your knowledge through training, eduction, and mentoring. You're confident in facilitating engaging learning experiences, building strong relationships, and adapting your approach to suit different learning styles and backgrounds.
