About the Role:
We’re seeking a contract Training & Content Analyst to design and deliver training for new systems, tech, and operational processes in a complex environment. You’ll develop engaging learning content and support a workforce through a major capability uplift.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver practical, competency-based training

Develop learning materials (online and face-to-face) using tools like Articulate, Camtasia, and MS365

Conduct skills audits and assess training needs

Support system rollouts, user acceptance testing, and change management

About You:

Experienced in training design and delivery in complex operational settings

Strong communication and facilitation skills

Confident using digital tools and learning platforms

Cert IV in Training & Assessment highly regarded
