A leading fast-food chain is seeking a Training Consultant to enhance business results through training and development. The successful candidate will assess team performance, coach staff, and maintain stakeholder relationships. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to employee development. The successful Training Consultant will change an individual’s behaviour to positively impact business results by consulting on training and development, system checks, and operational standards. Additionally, a Training Consultant will conduct training that empowers and motivates whilst building competencies to improve individual performance and overall contribution to restaurant results.
