Job summary

MACA is seeking a Trainer Assessor to join our mining team on a permanent, full-time basis, delivering training and assessment while working an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth to Beebyn W11. The Beebyn-W11 mine is 20km from the Iron Ridge operation in the Mid-West region and targets 1.5 Mtpa, supporting MACA's drilling and mining operations.

To be successful you will hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, have 5 years in production mining open pit, and possess relevant equipment

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a production mining open pit environment.
• Experience with Komatsu PC1250, Komatsu HD785-7, CAT D9T, CAT 16H Grader.
• Sound computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel.
• Current WA drivers' licence.
• High Risk Work Licence.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

MACA is on the hunt for a Trainer Assessor to join our mining business on a permanent, full-time basis, working an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth to Beebyn W11.

The Beebyn-W11 iron ore mine, owned by Fenix Resources, is located 20km from the Iron Ridge operation in the Mid-West region and is expected to produce 1.5 Mtpa.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a production mining open pit environment.
• Experience with the following equipment - Komatsu PC1250, Komatsu HD785-7, CAT D9T, CAT 16H Grader.
• Highly motivated and the ability to work independently.
• Sound computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel.
• Current WA drivers' licence.
• High Risk Work Licence.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
