The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity now exists for a Trainee to join our Procurement team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Trainee, you will be supported with paid training hours each week (in line with government guidelines) to complete your studies, usually online. Any outstanding course work will need to be completed in your own time.

You will gain exposure to all aspects of warehouse and procurement operations, including:

  • Receiving and storing goods

  • Managing inventory levels

  • Coordinating efficient delivery of goods

  • Stocktaking and general warehouse duties

This role will give you a thorough understanding of warehouse processes and allow you to develop valuable skills for a career in procurement and logistics.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A current driver’s licence (minimum car licence)

  • Basic computer skills, ideally with some exposure to Microsoft Excel or spreadsheets

  • The ability to complete basic mental mathematical calculations (e.g., “if there are 204 units and 58 are sold, how many remain?”)

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Desirable (not essential): A current forklift licence/ticket will be highly regarded.

As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to undertake a short literacy and numeracy test.
