The Technical Direction Company (TDC) in Sydney invites expressions of interest for a Trainee Technician. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a structured entry-level technical development pathway and access to industry-leading video technology.

You will undertake TDCT Technical Training, assist with installation and de-installation of video systems, and gain exposure to onsite work while shadowing Video Technicians. We value learning, reliability and a calm, solution-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Undertake training in the TDCT Technical Training program.
• Assist with preparation, installation, and de-installation of video systems (LED, projection, cameras, media, control).
• Work in the warehouse, pull equipment, support with general duties.
• Gain exposure to onsite work and shadow Video Technicians onsite.
