Job summary

ARC Group is seeking a Trainee Production Operator for a day shift in a structured manufacturing environment in NSW. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training, no prior experience required, and the chance to study for a nationally recognised Certificate III in Process Manufacturing.

You'll learn safe operation of production machinery, quality checks, and daily documentation while contributing to a reliable production line on Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Eligible for Australian/NZ traineeship (Citizen or Permanent Resident).
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to operate production machinery safely and confidently.
• Assist with setting up, cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Complete quality checks and maintain production documentation.
• Follow safety, hygiene and quality procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
