Job summary

TMA Group is seeking a motivated Trainee Print Operator to join our growing production team in Melbourne. No prior printing experience is required as you will receive hands-on training from experienced operators on modern digital printing, finishing and coating equipment.

You’ll learn to operate HP Indigo digital presses, ABG Digicon finishing and Ravenwood equipment while gaining practical production skills and contributing to efficient, quality-driven output.

Qualifications

• No prior printing experience required.
• Hands-on training from experienced operators.
• Willing to learn in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate HP Indigo digital presses and label finishing equipment.
• Gain exposure to ABG Digicon finishing and Ravenwood Linerless Coaters.
• Assist with loading materials and monitoring production.
• Learn quality checking, finishing and packaging processes.
• Follow production schedules, safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Work closely with experienced operators to build your skills.
