Flick Anticimex in Geelong is seeking a qualified Pest Technician or a self-motivated individual to start as a Trainee Pest Technician in Geelong or surrounding areas. The role includes on-the-job training, an accredited qualification, and a fully serviced vehicle to support your work.

Qualifications

• Own a full Australian Driver’s Licence and be willing to travel within Geelong and surrounding regions.
• Pest control licence preferred but not essential; training provided for the right candidate.
• Proficiency with mobile technology and ability to work independently.
• Maintain good physical fitness and health to access crawl/roof spaces.
• Demonstrates maturity, responsibility, and self-motivation to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify pests on customer premises.
• Perform pest eradication and prevention activities.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism.
• Provide sound on-site pest-control advice to customers.
• Utilise modern technology for SMART pest control.
• Participate in both theory and practical training.
• Work under supervision of a licensed technician.
• Adhere to WHS practices and policies.
• Demonstrate reliability and problem-solving abilities.
• Present professionally with exceptional customer service.
