nbn Australia is launching a 12-month Trainee Customer Field Technician program designed to connect more homes and businesses to high-speed fibre. You’ll work in the field, learn on the job, and earn a full-time salary while you study toward a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology.

As a Trainee Customer Field Technician, you will:

• Work in the field helping to connect customers to the internet
• Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements
• Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship
• Be supported by experts in the field to complete your traineeship, learning how to be a Customer Field Technician

The positions are therefore only open to First Nations people and to women.
