The role
Build your career in business administration while gaining hands‑on experience in fleet operations!
As a Trainee Business Administration – Fleet, you’ll combine structured learning and development with practical, on-the‑job experience supporting the day‑to‑day operations of Council’s vehicle and plant fleet. You’ll gain exposure to fleet data management, reporting, compliance, customer service and a range of administrative activities.
This is a two‑year Temporary Full‑Time traineeship, commencing in February 2027, offering the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification while developing practical workplace skills and building a strong foundation for your career in business administration.

The salary range for this opportunity commences at $38,272 (T3 at 17 years of age) or $44,746 (T4 at 18 years or completed HSC) + 12% super.
