Job summary

Kinetic in Tweed Heads is seeking new bus drivers for Australasia’s largest and fastest-growing operator. The Women Up Front Driver Training Program pays you while you train, helping you upgrade to MR licence and complete a five-week induction with classroom and on-road training.

Once on the road, you’ll receive ongoing coaching, work toward a nationally recognised qualification within 12 months, and contribute to safe journeys through passenger service, ticket sales and a range of bus services.

Women Up Front Driver Training Program

Our Women Up Front Driver Training Program is designed to support women in building a successful driving career, regardless of previous experience. We'll pay you while you train, supporting you to upgrade your licence to an MR licence before completing a comprehensive five-week induction program that combines classroom learning with practical on-road training.

Once you're on the road, you'll continue to receive ongoing coaching, support, and development opportunities, including working towards a nationally recognised qualification within your first 12 months with Kinetic. This is your chance to gain valuable skills, grow your confidence, and be part of a supportive and inclusive team.

With a strong focus on customer service and providing a safe journey for our passengers, our bus drivers are fully trained to play a vital part in all facets of customer service, ticket sales and a range of bus services including general routes, charters and special events driving.
