Job summary

Traffic Group Australia in Queensland is recruiting Traffic Management Implementers (TMI) for SE QLD on-going council contracts. Take home vehicles are provided and the team is safety-driven; we value dedicated, enthusiastic professionals to grow with us.

You will perform traffic management duties for works and events, use Stop/Slow Bat, implement guidance schemes, complete paperwork, and monitor site hazards.

Qualifications

• Current Traffic Controller Industry Authority – Working with Stop/Slow Bat (Qld) is mandatory.
• Traffic Management Implementation Card (Qld) is mandatory.
• General Construction Industry White Card is mandatory.
• Drivers Licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform traffic management for works or events.
• Use Stop/Slow Bat to control traffic.
• Implement and monitor operational traffic guidance schemes.
• Load and unload signage and equipment.
• Complete required paperwork and online forms.
• Complete site hazard assessments and implement control measures.
• Report on site hazards and near misses.
• Obey instructions from team leaders, foremen, or inspectors.
• Control traffic, pedestrians, and cyclists to protect maintenance workers and the public.

Traffic Management Implementers:

• Drivers Licence
• General Construction Industry White Card
• Current Traffic Controller Industry Authority - Working with Stop/Slow Bat (Qld) - This is a mandatory requirement for all applicants
• Traffic Management Implementation Card (Qld) - This is a mandatory requirement for all applicants
