Job summary

Evolution Traffic Control is hiring in Sydney’s Sutherland and South West Sydney areas for experienced Traffic Controllers, TMA Operators, Drivers, or Team Leaders. You will join a safety‑driven team with opportunities across Australia and a supportive culture focused on growth and development.

Essential qualifications include White Card, a current Traffic Control Licence, and traffic management experience.

• Essential: Construction Induction (White Card) held and current Traffic Control Licence.
• Experience with Traffic Management Implementation and site safety practices.
• Desirable: ability to prepare Workzone Traffic Management Plans and drive a manual vehicle.
• Reliable transport, a current Driver's Licence, and strong communication skills.
