HR Partners on the Mornington Peninsula, VIC, is seeking an experienced Traffic Controller / Truck Driver (MR/HR) for a casual civil role. You will help keep local roads safe by managing traffic flow and supporting roadworks across the peninsula.

The role requires a reliable, safety‑minded team player who can start at 6:00 AM and participate in an emergency call‑out roster. Weekend work may be required; a clear pathway to permanent employment is available.

Qualifications

• Current Traffic Control tickets and competencies.
• Experience in traffic control or civil road works.
• Availability for early starts and emergency roster.

Responsabilités

• Set up, maintain, and pack down traffic control sites per TGS/TMP.
• Direct traffic and pedestrians safely at active work zones.
• Operate MR/HR trucks to transport equipment and materials.
• Assist road maintenance and sign installation tasks.
• Participate in roadside hazard clearing and site cleanup.
• Join emergency call-out roster for hazards or storms.
