Job summary

About the Role

Our Braeside factory is looking for a skilled Tradesperson to join the team, contribute to our range of specialised staircases, and help develop the next generation of tradespeople.

What you'll be doing:

• Manufacturing and assembling a variety of traditional and custom staircases
• Mentoring and training apprentices and junior team members
• Taking pride in your work and ensuring quality standards are met
• Working collaboratively in a supportive, team-focused environment

What You'll Bring

• Ideally, at least 1 year of industry experience
