Job summary

Linkforce is seeking Trades Assistants based in Perth to support mining, construction and maintenance projects across WA. Ideal candidates bring hands-on attitude, reliability and the ability to work safely on site.

Requirements include Working at Heights, Confined Space, Construction White Card, MR driving licence, and a High-Risk Work licence with EWP and/or forklift. Telehandler ticket and at least 1 year of trade assistant experience are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Working at Heights & Confined Space required.
• Construction White Card required.
• MR Class Driver Licence required.
• High-Risk Work Licence with EWP and/or Forklift preferred.
• Telehandler Ticket advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year trade assistant experience in mining or similar labouring role.
• Perth-based resident with unrestricted Australian working rights for at least 6 months.

Trades Assistant positions are highly sought after as a lead in role to the mining industry. The Linkforce minimum requirements for our Trades Assistant are:

• Working at Heights & Confined Space
• Construction White Card
• Valid Australian Driver Licence – MR class
• WorkSafe, High-Risk Work Licence – with EWP and/orForklift (RB or SB are also highly regarded)
• Telehandler Ticket
• Minimum of 1 year trade assistant experience in mining, construction or a similarlabouring position
• Be a Perth based resident and hold unlimited Australian working rights for at least six months with the ability to extend this further
