RCR Mining Technologies (RCRMT) is seeking motivated Trades Assistants to join our Remedial Maintenance Team at ALCOA Wagerup in the South West of WA.

About the Role

As a Trades Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople, assisting with painting, blasting, and general maintenance tasks. This is a hands-on role where you can develop skills and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.

• Assist qualified tradespeople with painting, blasting, and general maintenance tasks.
• Support construction and civil works on-site.
