About the role
The role of Trades Assistant is a diverse outdoor role which provides high quality maintenance support for local parks, sports fields or roadside landscapes across the Central Coast. Your day could include anything from vegetation management at parks, roadsides & sports grounds, improvements and repairs to infrastructure such as play equipment and a range of other activities to keep our public spaces safe and clean.
Council will also be creating an eligibility list from this recruitment process and may utilise this eligibility list to fill other permanent Trades Assistant vacancies.
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.

About you:
The commencing salary for this position is up to $61k per annum. Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $70.7k per annum on completion of assessment of skills and performance 12% superannuation
