Job summary

Bunnings Group in Australia is seeking a Trade Specialist to deliver exceptional service to trade customers, building relationships and managing a diverse client portfolio including builders, carpenters and tradespeople.

You will contribute to your warehouse's commercial growth by handling high‑volume inventory and logistics while developing skills in quoting, account management and business development. The role pays AU$30.74 per hour and offers pathway growth.

• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems including emails, quoting and CRMs.
• Detail oriented with a professional approach.
• Confidence to reach out to, connect with, and communicate with customers.

About the role

Joining Bunnings as a Trade Specialist, you'll bring your knowledge, passion and enthusiasm to provide the best experience to our trade customers. You'll have the chance to develop skills in relationship building, high-volume inventory management and logistics, while playing a crucial role in contributing to your warehouse's commercial growth. You'll handle a diverse client portfolio, including residential builders, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and more. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.74 per hour for this role.
