Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Trade Specialist in Australia to deliver top-tier service to our trade customers. You’ll manage a diverse client portfolio including builders, carpenters, plumbers, and electricians, while handling inventory, relationships, and logistics to drive store growth.

The role is full-time with morning, day, and evening shifts Monday to Friday. You’ll earn an adult pay rate of around $31.43 per hour for this role and be part of our welcoming team environment.

• Previous experience in a customer service and administrative role.
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems including emails, quoting and CRMs.
• Detail oriented with a professional approach.
• Confidence to reach out to and communicate with customers.
• Genuine interest in trade products and eagerness to learn more about products and services.
• Act with integrity, be safe and do your best.

About the role:

Joining Bunnings as a Trade Specialist, you'll bring your knowledge, passion and enthusiasm to provide the best experience to our trade customers. You'll have the chance to develop skills in relationship building, high-volume inventory management and logistics, while playing a crucial role in contributing to your warehouse's commercial growth. You'll handle a diverse client portfolio, including residential builders, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and more. This is a Full-Time role and the flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts from Monday-Friday is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $31.43 per hour for this role.
