Job summary

Lawrence & Hanson in Adelaide is seeking a hands-on customer service and sales team member to deliver an exceptional customer experience across counter, phone, and email interactions.

You'll help customers pick the right products, prepare quotes, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers while keeping the branch tidy and inviting. Training is provided and opportunities to grow across Australia.

About the role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a hands on customer service and sales role focused on delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction. Our purpose as a team is simple: provide value, reliability, and flexibility to every customer, every time.

As the frontline of our business, you'll be the friendly face at the trade counter, the helpful voice on the phone, and the professional reply via email - ensuring customers get the right products on time and in full.

• Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided)
• Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking great
• Pitching in across the team to keep things running smoothly

Skills & Experience
