Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking a Trade Marketing Executive to support the Australia marketing team across retail partners and key accounts. You will coordinate campaigns, manage POS materials, and assist with influencer and PR activations.

You will collaborate with Brand, Partnerships and Digital Marketing managers, contribute to digital activity, and monitor campaign performance with regular reporting. The role offers flexible work-from-home options and a strong growth path.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a similar marketing role in consumer goods/retail.
• Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing across brand and trade.
• Experience working with external agencies and suppliers (print, PR, digital).
• Exposure to in-store retail execution, POS or trade marketing.
• Experience with digital platforms (email tools, CMS, social scheduling, reporting).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of trade marketing campaigns across retail partners and key accounts.
• Manage production and distribution of POS materials and in-store displays.
• Support campaign delivery across trade, brand and digital channels.
• Maintain asset libraries and ensure materials are current.
• Assist with influencer, partnership, PR and event activations.
• Support digital marketing activities including email deployment, website content and social calendar.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile reports.
