About the role

Emploria is seeking skilled and motivated Tradespeople to join ongoing boat-building and marine maintenance projects across Melbourne.

This role suits individuals with backgrounds in carpentry, plumbing, fitting, or general maintenance who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in quality craftsmanship.

You’ll be contributing to the construction, fit-out, and repair of high-standard vessels in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general trade duties such as installation, fitting, cutting, sealing, and repair work.
• Work with materials including timber, fiberglass, and marine fittings.
• Assist with plumbing and structural setup within vessels.
