Job summary

Lincoln Sentry, part of the DuluxGroup, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused sales leader to join our Brisbane team. You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of trade customers while leading a small sales team, developing call cycles and promoting new product ranges.

You’ll use CRM systems to gain customer insights, identify opportunities and deliver service excellence, collaborating with branch, field sales and eCommerce teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in internal sales, outbound sales or customer service in a call centre environment.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• A consultative sales approach and ability to identify customer needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a portfolio of trade customers whilst leading a small team of experienced Sales Representatives
• Developing and executing customer call cycle plans
• Identifying sales opportunities and promoting new product ranges
• Providing product recommendations and practical solutions
• Collaborating with branch, field sales and eCommerce teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Using CRM systems and customer insights to drive sales growth
• Supporting customers with enquiries, account management and ongoing service excellence
