Actrol in Darwin’s Winnellie is seeking a friendly Trade Counter / Warehouse Assistant to help customers find products, provide quotes, and keep the branch running smoothly.

You will handle pick packing, stock control, occasional deliveries, and help maintain a tidy, safe shop floor. If you enjoy customer service and are keen to learn, this is a great entry path within the Reece network.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Willing to learn new systems.
• Must have a clean valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
