Reece Group in Braddon is seeking a friendly Trade Counter Assistant to join the team. You’ll split your day between helping tradespeople, delivering parts, and keeping the warehouse and counter running smoothly.

If you have experience in delivery, retail, or customer service, enjoy assisting customers in person and over the phone, and are comfortable with new systems, this role offers comprehensive training and a clear path within our network.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service.
• Ability to pick orders and maintain shop displays.
• Comfort learning new systems and using company tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and products to customers.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe.
• Provide customer service and information about products.
