Reece Group in Oak Flats is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant and Delivery Driver to support engineers, project managers and tradespeople with product access and branch operations. You will handle customer service, quotes, stock control and deliveries, contributing to a smooth-running branch.

The role offers opportunities to upskill towards MR/HR licences and leadership, with bonuses, paid leave and development programs as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to pick orders and maintain shop floor displays with accurate information.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Clean, valid driver’s licence; forklift licence is ideal but not essential.
• Interest in upskilling to MR/HR licence or leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
