Job summary

Reece Group is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant / Delivery Driver in Moonah to support the branch by delivering parts, assisting plumbers and tradespeople, and handling stock duties. This role blends frontline customer service with hands-on warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will be delivering parts, assisting customers on the trade counter, and performing stock- and shop-floor tasks while enjoying the chance to develop your career within the Reece network and beyond.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone.
• Able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information is accurate.
• Able to learn new systems and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and products to customers using a company vehicle.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe.
• Provide customer service and information about products.
